By cumulative captured promotion payments for each page. Anyone can pay more at any time and the amount is added to that page’s total. If totals are tied, the page that reached that total first stays ahead — a later payment that only matches it does not overtake it.

Promotions are permanent — the amount stays on the leaderboard forever and keeps adding up. There is no expiry, decay, or reset.

Yes — anyone can make a payment for any Instagram handle, not just their own. Just type their handle (without the @); no permission or ownership check is needed on GoInsta, and the amount adds to that page’s total.

Visibility on the GoInsta leaderboard at goinsta.top only. It is not an Instagram or Meta advertisement, and GoInsta does not promise followers, likes, reach, sales, or any result on Instagram itself. See About.

The minimum is ₹1. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay in INR — UPI, cards, netbanking, and other methods Razorpay supports at checkout. You will be charged the amount shown before you confirm payment. See Pricing.

Your page appears on the leaderboard after your payment is captured and confirmed. This usually happens within seconds of a successful payment. See the Delivery Policy.

Promotions are non-refundable once your page is listed, except where a promotion was not delivered. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Yes. You can cancel at any time before completing payment by closing the Razorpay checkout — no charge is made and no promotion is created.
