GoInsta (goinsta.top) keeps the information it collects to the minimum needed to run a paid promotion leaderboard.

What GoInsta collects

• The Instagram handle you choose to promote.
• The promotion amount and currency (INR).
• Razorpay order ID, payment ID, payment status, and related timestamps, so capture can be confirmed, the listing published, and disputes handled.
• Webhook event records from Razorpay confirming payment, failure, or refund events.
• If GoInsta is emailed, the sender email address and the contents of the message.

What GoInsta does not collect

GoInsta does not collect or store card, UPI, netbanking, or other payment credentials. Payments are entered into and processed by Razorpay directly. GoInsta also does not ask for your Instagram password and does not need you to log in to Instagram.

Public by design

The promoted Instagram handle and its cumulative promotion total are published on the public leaderboard — that is the service you are buying. Do not promote a handle through GoInsta if you do not want it listed publicly in this way.

How information is used

Information is used to publish and rank listings, confirm payments, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support and refund requests, meet accounting and legal obligations, and keep the service secure. Personal data is not sold, and the handles or payment records collected here are not used for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The GoInsta website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party analytics trackers. The hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and Razorpay's checkout may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology on their own domains to deliver and secure their services; those are governed by their own policies.

Sharing

Payment information is shared with Razorpay as needed to process your payment. Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data (such as IP address and browser information in server logs) to deliver and secure the site. Information may be disclosed if required by law.

Retention and choices

Payment and listing records are kept for as long as needed to operate the leaderboard and meet accounting, dispute, and legal requirements. To ask what is held, or to request correction or deletion, write to support@goinsta.top. Some payment records may need to be retained even after a deletion request where law, accounting, or dispute handling requires it.
