These Terms & Conditions govern use of GoInsta at goinsta.top. By using the site or paying for a promotion, you agree to them.

1. The service

GoInsta is a paid promotion / advertising leaderboard for Instagram pages. Anyone can pay to promote any Instagram handle — no ownership validation is performed and no permission from the page owner is required on this site. A promotion is a listing on the GoInsta leaderboard, ranked by cumulative captured promotion paid. GoInsta is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta, and a promotion does not include Instagram advertising, followers, likes, or reach.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, or use the site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the Instagram handle you choose to promote and for entering it correctly. Listings are published for the handle exactly as entered (after basic formatting checks).
• You must not use GoInsta to promote handles, pages, or content that are illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or that violate applicable law, Razorpay's policies, or Instagram/Meta policies.
• You must not use the service for illegal goods or services, fraud, spam, or impersonation intended to deceive.

4. Ranking rules

• Only payments confirmed as captured (via Razorpay's webhook confirmation) count toward a handle's total.
• Totals are cumulative: each captured payment adds to the handle's existing total.
• Handles are ranked by total captured promotion paid, highest first. If totals are tied, the page that reached that total first stays ahead — a later payment that only matches it does not overtake it.
• Promotions are permanent — the amount stays on the leaderboard forever and keeps adding up. There is no expiry, decay, or reset of a captured promotion total (except a refund or chargeback, below).
• Rank itself is not guaranteed; it changes as others promote handles, even though your promotion total is permanent. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the corresponding amount may be removed from the total.

5. Removal and discretion

GoInsta may remove, refuse, or suspend a promotion or listing at its discretion — including promotions that appear abusive, illegal, deceptive, or in breach of these terms — and may refuse service to anyone.

6. Payments

Payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) only, with a minimum of ₹1, and are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, and other methods Razorpay offers). The amount shown before you confirm payment is the amount charged. A leaderboard listing is delivered only after Razorpay confirms capture — see the Delivery Policy.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Promotions are non-refundable once the payment is captured and the listing is published, except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Operator

GoInsta is an independent website run by an individual in India. It is not a company or registered business, and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. The payment confirmation / receipt provided by Razorpay acts as proof of payment.

9. Liability and changes

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, GoInsta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for actions of Instagram/Meta, or for results on Instagram itself. These terms may be updated; the current version will be posted on this page with its date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
