Digital service — no physical returns

GoInsta sells a digital service only: a paid promotion listing on the leaderboard at goinsta.top. No physical goods are shipped, so there is nothing to return and no physical returns or exchanges are accepted.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations (including duplicate charges, failed payments, and cancelling a paid promotion before it appears on the leaderboard) are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Non-refundable once the listing is published, except a full refund if we fail to publish the listing as purchased.

Listings removed because they were promoted without the handle owner's permission are not refunded (see Terms).
